Embark on a journey to the heart of Peru with our San Ignacio single origin – a coffee that not only delights the senses, but also honors the rich traditions of its producers.

In Peru, coffee production is a labour of love, with 19 small farms owned and managed by individuals deeply connected to their land and culture. Here, organic farm management practices are more than just a trend; they're a way of life. Coffee is grown alongside trees, bananas, corn and beans, creating a harmonious ecosystem that nurtures both the land and the beans.

Each step of the coffee journey is carefully tended to by these producers. From the meticulous harvesting and sorting of cherries to the delicate process of de-pulping, fermenting, washing, and drying using their own micro-mills, every bean is handled with reverence and care. But the journey doesn't end there. These producers rely on alliances like Aroma del Valle to bring their coffee to the international market and earn fair prices. Aroma del Valle is more than just an organization; it's a lifeline for small producers, providing crucial support and resources, from basic infrastructure investments to navigating the organic certification process. Through their efforts, traceability and quality control are ensured at every step, from farm to cup.

And oh, the taste! Our Peru San Ignacio boasts a flavour profile as vibrant as the land it comes from. With notes of hazelnuts, melon, and toffee, each sip is a journey through Peru's lush landscapes and rich heritage. So join us in celebrating the spirit of Peru with every cup of our San Ignacio coffee – where tradition meets innovation, and every sip tells a story of resilience, community, and exceptional taste.
